ECUADOR

Ecuador  is a country that posses a rich natural environment, for this reason it is considered to be one of the 17 countries where most of the world’s diversity is located. Furthermore, this country has a huge range of myths and legends that enriches its culture and its people

Ecuador  has four natural regions: Coast, Sierra or highlands, Amazonia and Galapagos Islands. In these different regions you can find many ecological reserves and  400-year-old cities loaded with art, and history and a rich culture.

Quito is the capital of Ecuador. Quito is home to "Old Town", one of the most extensive colonial districts in Latin America.

In the region of the Andes, the volcanoes Chimborazo (6310 ms), Cotopaxi, Iliniza, Antisana, and the Sangay, are the highest points.

In the region of the coast ,  exists beautiful beaches from north to south, exotic towns and vegetation, that seduce the national and the foreigner to come and enjoy its beauty, besides a delicious gastronomy and many kinds of exotic fruits attract many people to this places.

Another one of the many  attractions that  visitors look for in Ecuador is the Amazonia, where Indian native communities maintain their autonomity and traditions. it is possible to go hiking with native guides, practice cultural interchange, extreme activities, and shamanism (witchcraft).

    Baños, is a city where the ecological tourism is intense and its environment very rich. Extreme sports are very common in the city, sports like Kayak, hiking activities, and  mountain cycling.
